Are the prices real-time?
The website is wired for live/latest market-data API responses. The exact freshness depends on the data provider, market hours and your API plan. The dashboard displays the timestamp returned by the source rather than pretending a value is live when it is delayed.
Which benchmarks can be displayed?
The included setup is prepared for Brent crude, WTI crude, Natural Gas and additional energy benchmarks supported by the selected provider. More instruments can be added by editing the configuration file.
Why can a price be unchanged?
Markets are not continuously updating every second. A source may publish at intervals, or the market may be closed. The timestamp shown with the data is the useful indicator.
How often does the page refresh?
The dashboard refreshes automatically on a short interval and also has a manual Refresh button. You can change the interval in config.js.
Can I add my API key?
Yes. The project includes a separate config.js file. For production, do not expose a private API token in browser JavaScript; use a small server-side proxy if your provider requires a secret key.
